I will write about my family and I hope that others will post and tell about theirs. I really, really want to know what everyone is doing.

I am doing the same. I watched the movie Groundhog Day and realized that was me. Everyday is like the last.

I visit Mother three times a week; I go to WalMart on Thursdays; I spend a lot of time on the Internet; I watch a lot of television. That is about it.

My oldest daughter Anne lives in Nolensville, south of Nashville. After her children started school, she decided she did not want to go back to the law so now she is teaching second grade at Nolensville Elementary. She loves it.

Her husband Ken Rucker is a lawyer for a medical malpractice insurance company.

My wonderful grandchildren, George, Adam, and Emma will be nine on March 27. They are triplets but they could not be more different. Each is great in his or her own way.

George loves mechanical things. He says when he grows up he wants to fix things. I think there will be a third engineer named George in the family someday. He is on a spelling kick. He has made 17 straight 100s in spelling and would like to set a record. This is a change. He once told me that 80 is close to 100. He loves rocks and geology.

Adam loves dinosaurs, whales, and sharks. He has practically a photographic mind. Once he reads something he can tell you everything the next week. He is a perfectionist and wants to make 100 on every test.

Emma is a natural athlete. She is good at every game she tries but I think she likes softball best. I didn't think anyone could be more stubborn than her mother, but Emma seems to have gotten all of Anne's stubbornness and Ken's, too. Despite having two brothers, Emma is a very girly girl. She loves her American Girl doll, Josefina.

My younger daughter Beth lives in Neptune Beach, Florida, which is south of Jacksonville. She loves Florida; she says she dreamed all her life of living in Florida. However, soon she will be leaving.

She is finishing up a master's degree in accounting at the University of North Florida. This fall she will be moving to Baton Rouge to start on the long four more years it takes to get a doctorate in accounting. She chose LSU over her other offers because that is where her father got his doctorate.
